We stand by our products and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at contact@lylahair.com.ay within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
Refund Eligibility
You may cancel your order for change of mind prior to dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the item at your expense as long as it is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following circumstances:
